REZA MASPAITELLA, MA, SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT

Co-Founder & Group President

Reza has more than 30 years of work experience in the Consumer Finance Industry and he is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Prior to founding Valdo Inc, he held Country GM position in Standard Chartered Consumer Bank and Chief Operating Officer at Allianz, GE Capital, Chief Marketing of Durable Goods Loan in GE Capital Indonesia and also a few management posts during his time with Citibank.

He has an extensive knowledge and experience in consumer credit business.

BUDI TARUNO, MBA, SIX SIGMA MASTER BLACK BELT

Co-Founder & COO

Budi has over 26 years of experience in multi finance and banking industry. He is the first professional to be certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt in Indonesia by US-based GE Capital.

During his career, he has been trusted to lead the setup of new business operations such as Mandiri credit card operation, auto business takeover in Thailand by GE Capital, etc.

At Valdo, from the beginning he has helped process outsourcing setups with leading banking, multi finance, and insurance corporations in Indonesia.

Currently over looking processing over 10,000 customers daily of multiple clients and handling multiple customer process.

DR. MARK P. ELIASAPUTRA, M.M., CISA

CEO, PT Valdo International

Mark graduated Summa Cum Laude from BiNus University undergraduate and graduate schools. He has over 25 years of experience in IT field.

He mastered information systems audit and certified as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) by ISACA since 2005.

Mark is experienced in IT management, e-commerce/e-business strategy, project management, object-oriented software analysis and design, software architecture, software development process methodologies, human-computer interaction (user interface design), software development, web design and development, database design and development.

UNGKI OVIANI, SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT

People & Process Development

Ungki has over 25 years of experience in financial industries in Indonesia. She handled several projects in the field of credit operations, risk management and branches in GE Capital Indonesia, with primary responsibility in quality.

She was a team leader in the credit department for 2 years. She graduated from the Univeristy of Indonesia, school of Economics in 1997, majoring in Finance.

At Valdo, she set up the people management system and oversees the management of thousands of outsourced peeople, and also coordinates the continuous improvement process.
